How do I place an order?

For now, while I get this site up and running, you can visit my Etsy page at http://coleydesigns.etsy.com. Hopefully I’ll soon be able to sell directly from this site… stay tuned!

If I order from Etsy, how can I pay?

I accept payment via PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay using your credit card, and keeps your personal information secure. A good deal all around, right?

How do you ship your items? And how quickly will I receive my order?

I ship all purchases within one day of receipt of payment. For PayPal purchases, that means right away. All jewelry purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which takes between 2 and 5 days, depending on your location. Most of my customers have received their necklaces by the third day!

I see a necklace that I like but I’d like it longer/shorter/in a different color scheme. Will you make custom orders?

I’m more than happy to make custom jewelry - just email me with what you’d like to buy, and we’ll go from there!

I love your style, but am reluctant to buy things I see online. What do you suggest?

If you live in the New York or New Jersey area, I’d be happy to come to your house to hold a jewelry party for you and your friends. Just send me an email and we’ll see if we can work something out!
